What are the required conditions?

Please see the conditions below for your return request to be accepted:

- The product is in its original, unused condition

- The product is still in its original packaging

- The product is not damaged

- The product tag is still attached

You are responsible for the products in your possession until they are received by our driver or you deliver them to a branch. Any product that is not properly packaged or is damaged will not be eligible for return, so make sure to take proper care of it before returning!
